When you type an address, address text is sent to Google Places to suggest matching addresses. Selecting a suggestion requests the complete address. Checking aerial measurements sends your address to Google's geocoding and roof measurement services.
If you request an inspection, the contact details, address, roof selections and measurements you submit are stored for Pioneer Roofing to review and follow up. Browsing the catalog does not require contact details.
Google processes address requests under its Privacy Policy. Address suggestion results are not saved in the catalog.
Quote drafts (property address, selected roof and measurements) are stored on this device for up to seven days to recover progress after a refresh. Contact details and payment credentials are not stored in that draft. Completing a request clears it. When connected, Pioneer uses Zapier to send request and payment-status details to its CRM and confirmation services.
When you sign in with ChatGPT, saved quotes are linked to your Site account. Quote documents include the property address, roofing selections, measurements, scope and pricing at the time saved. They are private to that account. You can download, rename or delete quotes from My quotes. Saving a quote does not submit an inspection request or create an installation reservation.
